Daily Queery is a free trivia game. Play it, share your score, enjoy the history. Do not scrape the questions, do not try to break the site, and do not treat anything here as professional advice. That is most of it.
Who we are
Daily Queery is a daily LGBTQ+ trivia game at www.dailyqueery.com, operated by Chaki Communications. These terms apply whenever you use the site. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.
Using the game
The game is free and there are no accounts, so there is nothing to sign up for and nothing to cancel. A new set of questions appears each day, and your streak is kept in your own browser rather than by us, as the privacy policy explains.
We may change, pause or stop the game at any time. Because progress lives on your device, clearing your browser data will erase it, and we cannot restore it.
What you may not do
- Scrape, harvest or bulk-download the question bank, or use automated tools to request questions.
- Republish our questions, explanations or history articles as your own.
- Interfere with the site, attempt to gain access to systems you are not meant to reach, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
- Use the site to harass anyone, or to send anything unlawful or abusive.
Our content
The questions, explanations, history articles and design are ours, and remain ours. You are welcome to share your results, quote a question or two, and link to anything on the site. Wholesale copying is not permitted without our permission.
Photographs are a separate matter. Where an article carries an image, the credit and licence sit beneath it, and those terms belong to the photographer rather than to us. Anyone reusing an image needs to follow its own licence.
Accuracy
We research every entry and check names, dates and figures before they go up, and where sources disagree we say so. Even so, history is contested and mistakes happen. Nothing here is legal, medical, financial or professional advice of any kind.
If you find something wrong, email contact@dailyqueery.com and it gets corrected.
Advertising and other sites
The site carries advertising served by Google, and articles link out to sources and further reading. We do not control advertisers or the sites we link to, and we are not responsible for their content or their practices.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and to the extent the law allows we exclude any liability for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top will change with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
